Bookings and quotations

Website quotations are estimates based on the selections and details provided. A booking becomes confirmed only after the studio confirms availability and both parties agree to the final scope and payment terms.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, timely access to venues and any permissions required for photography or filming at the event.

Images and usage

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, True Value Photography retains copyright in created images. Client usage, studio portfolio use and any restrictions will follow the written agreement for the booking.
